Time for Change - 20 October 2011
AFTERNOON 1PM - 5PM
Organisations providing health, social care and related services are facing unprecedented change. Pressures on budgets are increasing, as well as needs. The restructuring of the health service will have a major impact on providers. These are unsettling times indeed.
In such circumstances, what should be our approach? How can we possibly plan for the future? And how can we continue to deliver quality outcomes in a time of such uncertainty?
These are big questions and the answers are far from easy. We can only start where we are, with what we have. We need to change - but how do we know what to change, when it is not clear what a successful organisation will look like in the future? This is when leadership matters.
This interactive half-day workshop has been designed for managers in health, social care and related organisations to provide an opportunity to engage with recent thinking about change and how to develop resilient organisations.
